Had a nice time with their breakfast on the sixth floor, views were amazing. And the wait staff were super helpful, making it feel special.

Additionally, the front desk service left a lot to be desired, as I faced rudeness and a lack of assistance with my queries. To top it off, the hotel surroundings offered limited dining options at night, leaving me in a tough spot after long days of exploring.

It lacked nearby late-night dining options, forcing us to go without food after a long day. Hearing noise from adjacent rooms proved distracting, while the WiFi signal was noticeably weak throughout the stay. The room faced a busy avenue, leading to constant disturbances from traffic and party buses.

Enjoyable Stay in the Heart of Medellin!

During our 11-night family stay, we appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. Breakfast was a bit sparse at times, but the pleasant service made up for it. For future guests, request a quiet room away from the main street to avoid street noise.

The room was huge and clean, way bigger than I expected. The beds were super comfy, but the shower pressure was a bummer—typical Colombian issue. The noise from the street was annoying, especially in the suite, which faced it. I liked that I could keep the privacy sign on my door without interruptions. Overall, not too bad but could’ve used some soundproofing.
